When I was designing this shawl and crocheting it, I remember hoping that it would be pretty when it was finished – when you crochet lace sometimes it’s a leap of faith because before it’s blocked it can look pretty messy!

Then I pinned the wet shawl out and when I came back after it dried I was just blown away – I LOVE how it turned out. So pretty – I hope you think so too!

  1. That’s such a lovely shawl. I’ve been wanting to make one and was considering seaming it into a shrug or sideways poncho… maybe. I just love it so much, I’m wanting to work it into my wardrobe plans in some form. 🙂

Please be sure to update your Ravelry page by inserting this page’s URL as the “Source” and marking it as Primary in the dropbox menu on that line. Then you can remove the word “archived” from the title.

I noticed several Ravelry comments of people looking to find this pattern over the years, so I think people will be glad you’ve made it available again.

I know I am. Just the incentive I needed to put it in my queue and start picking out a yarn in my stash so it can be finished for spring!

  2. Hi! I’ve been reading your weblog for a long time now and finally got the bravery to go ahead and give you a shout out from Humble Tx! Just wanted to tell you keep up the fantastic work!
