Rnd 2: Ch 1, working in backloops only, 3 sc in same st, sc in next 2 sts, * 3 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts * three times. Slip st to first sc. (20 sc)
Rnd 3: Slip st in next st. Ch 1, 3 sc in same st, sc in next 4 sts, * 3 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts * three times. Slip st to first sc. (28 sc)
Rnd 4: Slip st in next st. Ch 1, 3 sc in same st, * # FPtr in row 2 around post of 2nd sc from corner, FPtr in row 2 around 1st sc from corner (crossed tr made). In Rnd 4, skip 2 sts, sc in next two sts. FPtr in row 2 around post of 1st sc before next corner, FPtr in row 2 around 2nd sc before corner (crossed tr made). In Rnd 4, skip 2 sts, # 3 sc in next st. * Repeat from * to * Repeat from # to # once. Slip st to first sc.
