With CE, ch 5, slip st to first ch to form ring.

Rnd 1: Ch1, 8 sc in ring. Slip st to first sc. (8 sc)

Rnd 2: Ch 5, dc in same st (corner made). * 2 dc in next st, (dc, ch 2, dc) in next st * three times. 2 dc in next st, slip st to top of beginning ch 2. (16 dc)

Rnd 3: Slip st into space. Ch 3, (dc, ch2, 2 dc) in same space. * Skip 1 st, dc in next st, ch 1, dc in next st, skip 1 st, (2 dc, ch2, 2 dc) in corner space * three times. Skip 1 st, dc in next st, ch 1, dc in next st, skip 1 st, slip st to top of beginning ch 3. Fasten off. (24 dc)

Rnd 4: With CB, join with a slip st in any corner space. Ch 3, (dc, ch2, 2 dc) in same space. * FPdc in next 2 sts. (Dc, ch1, dc) in next ch1 space. Skip one st. FPdc in next 2sts.
