I tried to cut the fingers off my gloves once when I was in a marching band so I could finger my sax easier, but the gloves unraveled and ended up around my wrists. With this crochet version, I can chop wood, haul brush, or ride my hog without losing my grip. Well, if I had a hog.

Do you have a yarn substitution for Red Heart Casual Cot’n Blend? It has been discontinued and I cannot get an answer from anyone. Please help. Thank you so much! Linda
Hi Linda, I’m sorry to hear that it has been discontinued, I very much liked it. You really could substitute any yarn that is considered “bulky”.
Thanks for the pattern! I love it! I used Red Heart Super Saver and and an H hook to make for my grandson who is 11. Perfect fit!
